David Logan

David is a parallel entrepreneur, futurist and avid investor with over 15 years of progressively increasing project management, financial and technical team leadership in aggressive implementation environments. Nothing excites him more than discovering unrealized potential.

He is the co-founder and CEO of Umergence.com. Umergence is an independent broker dealer specializing in private placements and alternative investments with a focus on institutional capital placements, M&A advisory, early to late stage direct investments, and late-stage secondary opportunities. Umergence has a world class team of seasoned professionals averaging more than 20 years in the industry and have collectively been involved with raising more than $75B throughout their careers.

He is also a managing partner of SumatoSoft.com, a software development company helping companies build amazing software. SumatoSoft has a team of 86 talented developers, designers, systems architects with their largest clients being Toyota and Disney. He passionately believes that if its humanly possible, we will get it done.

I am grateful for the people who came before me that have made my life so abundant with things they have done to afford me the time to think and live in this capacity. It is my duty to pay it forward for the benefit of all.

My mission is simple Creating Abundance for everyone we encounter:

Creating abundance with the ultimate goal of giving freedom to the people we help to self actualize themselves.

We as a society are collectively heading towards a perfect everything… perfect information, perfect efficiency, etc. that will be achieved much sooner than most think.

Once we as a society reach that point then we all collectively will live like kings and queens of the earlier centuries with the freedom to develop and work on ourselves as is our intended purpose for existence.

Through this free time created that will allow for individual work on the self, the world and every thing we know will improve to a world where we all would love to live in.

The industrial era is over… the scarcity programming we inherited from the Rockefeller era still lingers and we have to collectively redefine the future of our society that we will all be proud of. The Busy-ness or “business” is not what our purpose here is for our short time on this earth.

We believe in empowering entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who are the change agents of society.

As Steve Jobs said, "the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do."

As Einstein said, "we can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."

As Isaac newton said “what we know is a drop, what we don’t know is an ocean.”

This is why we founded Umergence to empower the entrepreneurs or change agents to free up time for more people to accelerate the change needed to help the society become self-actualized through thinking differently and making the drop of knowledge bigger.

I personally needed a purpose or “why” to help me overcome the “how” to continue my life and I decided that I will devote the rest of my life to this mission of service to others, empowering others and creating abundance for everyone I encounter.

We are working on initiatives that will create tremendous value and abundance for all.
