Edward Stephens

Ed brings a wealth of experience to our team. Prior to joining Expert Dojo, he was a principal at Triago, a global group founded in 1992 as one of the first private equity placement agents. Triago assists GPs and LPs with every aspect of their fundraising, secondary, and strategic development operations, regardless of investment focus or region. Triago was recently acquired by Houlihan Lokey.

 

Before his tenure at Triago, Ed was responsible for strategic investments at Ligo Partners, a single-family office that co-invests in disruptive technology deals. He also served as Head of North America for a boutique European investment bank, where he led multiple complex capital market transactions. Ed began his career in London as an Investment Analyst at Capital Research Global Investors.

 

With 17 years of experience in both sell-side and buy-side investment banking, Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with Honors from Leeds Beckett University. He also possesses Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate.
