Kevin has 25+ years’ experience in financial services that began with a pre-IPO staffing industry startup. Following the IPO, he worked 20 years as a consultant for Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, Black Rock, Barclays, and iShares. He has been in private equity for the past 10 years focusing on lower market Saas acquisitions and exits while running a mastermind for Saas founders and investors. His skill set includes big data modeling experience and property tech that gives him a unique perspective on global real estate markets, as well as how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain can be applied to create new investment opportunities and improved market efficiencies.
