With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Steve has built a distinguished career on the buy side, working with firms such as Bear Stearns, Wells Fargo, and Janney Montgomery. Over the years, he has developed extensive client relationships, initially focusing on high-yield bonds and convertible securities before transitioning to equities.

 

During his tenure at Wells Fargo, Steve led the U.S. equity sales trading team for more than a decade, overseeing operations and driving strategic growth. Prior to joining Umergence, he managed investments across both private and public markets, leveraging his deep market knowledge to generate value for clients.

 

Steve’s expertise in trading, portfolio management, and client engagement has made him a trusted professional in the financial sector. His ability to navigate complex markets and build long-term partnerships continues to define his success.

 

Beyond his professional achievements, Steve is also a founding member of The Sons of Ireland, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2002, dedicated to providing assistance to worthy organizations in Monmouth County, NJ.
